Vi är många som är förtjusta i skotska tartans, de traditionella skotska rutorna. Sättet att använda dem är många. Byxor, kjolar, flugor, slipsar, jackor, sjalar och en hel del till. Ej heller att förglömma den legendariska kilten. Vår engelska vänner i Storbrittanien har nu tagit fram ett alldeles eget tartan till Chaîne. Bifogar deras brev nedan. Kanske dags att börja fundera på en kilt ändå…?

Châine des Rôtisseurs Tartan

We are delighted to launch the newly registered tartan of the ‘Châine des Rôtisseurs’ designed and produced by Kinloch Anderson who hold three Royal Warrants – HM The Queen, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh and HRH The Prince of Wales.

The starting point for the Châine des Rôtisseurs tartan design is the red, blue, gold and white of our logo. The tartan sett is based on the Royal Stewart tartan because Mary Stewart, Mary Queen of Scots, was Queen Consort of France from 1559 – 1560 and this provides a link between Scotland and France.
